Frequently asked questions
Which formats does it support?
MP3 (ID3), M4A, FLAC and OGG. WAV supports tags only partly and many players don’t read them – choose another format for music.
How do I add an album cover?
Open the file in the editor and in the Save panel pick a cover image (JPG or PNG) with Add cover.
Will the audio quality change?
No. When you edit tags, the audio is just copied over, not re-encoded.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. Audio and recordings are processed right in your browser and never leave your device. Only the tool itself is downloaded from our server, the same for everyone. More in the privacy policy.
